  • The Clock & The Compass

    This workshop helps participants move from reactive busyness to intentional practice - using the clock to manage tasks and the compass to align with values that matter. It’s about quietening the noise, reclaiming focus, and choosing what truly matters. Its the ultimate time management workshop.

Lifestyle As Medicine Workshop

This workshop invites the you to think of your daily action as impactful for your overall health and wellbeing. The message is clear “your lifestyle IS the prescription”. The workshop covers the 5 pillars of wellbeing including:

  • Movement as Medicine - enhances your motivation to get out there and move.

  • Fuel well to feel well - clarifies evidence based components of a fully healthful nutrition. It cuts through the noise and confusion of a what a healthy nutrition looks and feels like.

  • Sleep - sleep hygiene simplified and made practical.

  • Stress management - Stress is our contemporary killer. You will walk away with practical tools to manage your stress better.

  • Connections - offline and in real life connections to others as the basis for our well being. You will explore concepts such as social ‘snacking’ and to how to nurture long lasting connections.

The clock &  compass

This is a workshop for purposeful living. In a world that celebrates busy, the Clock & Compass workshop invites you to pause and recalibrate. This soulful, evidence-informed experience helps you to reconnect with your “why”, clarify core values and set meaningful goals that align with your inner compass - not just the ticking clocl.

Through reflective exercises and empowering tools, you’ll learn how to say no with grace (and no guilt) and yes with intention and clarity.
