  • Book and pay for your Initial Consultation appointment here.

  • Fill in the brief questionnaire here so that I have the necessary information I need for our first session together

  • If you have a Mental Health Care Plan (Australian Clients Only) you will be able to lodge the receipt and get your Medicare Rebate online.

  • Attend your initial consultation with me - Allow 80 minutes for this session. We will fully map out your wellbeing journey including identifying your destination as well as the barriers, pitfalls, unhelpful patterns, hazardous thoughts and all the nitty gritty things that get in between you and your vitality.
